These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reagan, an AI-powered campaign advisory tool operated by Right Strategies™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Reagan provides AI-generated campaign strategy and consulting guidance to Republican candidates. The advice generated is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional consulting advice. Results are not guaranteed.
Access to Reagan requires an active $49/month subscription billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account will be deactivated. All sales are final unless required by law.
Reagan is designed for use by Republican political candidates and their authorized campaign staff. By using this service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to participate in political campaigns in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use Reagan to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent. You are solely responsible for how you use the advice and content generated. Right Strategies™ is not responsible for any campaign outcomes.
Reagan includes optional feedback buttons on AI responses. By submitting feedback, you grant Right Strategies™ permission to use the submitted question and response to improve the Reagan AI. Feedback is voluntary and you may use Reagan without ever submitting it.
Reagan may suggest vendor service categories (such as direct mail, digital advertising, voter contact, and other campaign services) based on your campaign needs. Right Strategies™ operates a vendor referral program through which candidates may request vendor matches. Right Strategies™ may earn a commission or referral fee from vendors when a candidate purchases services through this program. This financial relationship does not affect the AI-generated advice you receive — Reagan recommends service types based on your campaign needs, not on commission potential. Specific vendor selection and pricing is handled separately through the Right Strategies™ team. You are under no obligation to purchase any vendor services.
All content, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Right Strategies™. You may use AI-generated output for your campaign purposes but may not resell or redistribute the Reagan platform itself.
Your use of Reagan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Reagan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Right Strategies™ makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.
Right Strategies™ is not a law firm and Reagan does not provide legal advice. Nothing generated by Reagan constitutes legal counsel of any kind. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all of your campaign activities, communications, expenditures, and operations comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including without limitation: campaign finance laws and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations; state and local campaign finance disclosure and reporting requirements; election laws and filing deadlines; campaign ethics rules and regulations; and all other laws governing political campaigns and candidates. Right Strategies™is not responsible for any campaign finance violations, ethics violations, election law violations, failure to achieve or maintain ballot access, loss of ballot access, or any other legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of Reagan or your campaign activities. AI-generated content does not substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, compliance professional, or qualified campaign finance counsel. We strongly recommend consulting appropriate legal professionals for guidance on compliance matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Strategies™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reagan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or to Right Strategies™.

Right Strategies™ ("we," "us," or "our") operates Reagan, an AI campaign advisory tool. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, campaign details (office, state, district, election date), and documents you upload. We also collect usage data including your conversations with Reagan.
We use your information to provide and improve the Reagan service, verify your subscription status, personalize AI responses to your campaign, and communicate with you about your account.
We use the following third-party services to operate Reagan: Stripe (payment processing), Airtable (subscription management), and Dify/Ollama (AI processing). Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
Your campaign profile and chat history are stored locally in your browser using browser storage (localStorage) on your device. This means: (1) your data exists only on the device and browser you use to access Reagan — it is not stored on a shared server; (2) if you clear your browser data or use a different browser or device, your campaign history will not be available unless you use the Export/Import feature in Settings; (3) if multiple people share the same browser on the same device, they may have access to data stored in that browser. We recommend each user access Reagan from their own personal device. Your subscription status (name and email) is stored in Airtable solely for access verification. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored by Right Strategies™.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting morgan@right-strategies.com. You can export your campaign data at any time using the Export Data feature in Settings.
Campaign strategy content you share with Reagan is used solely to provide you with personalized advice. We do not sell or share your campaign information with third parties.
Reagan includes optional thumbs up/thumbs down feedback buttons on AI responses. If you choose to submit feedback, the question you asked and the AI's response are sent to Right Strategies™ for review. This feedback is used solely to improve Reagan's advice quality. Feedback submission is always optional and voluntary. No personally identifiable information beyond what is contained in the conversation is transmitted.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app.
